Randy and Deb Albertsen will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday, April 26 with their family.

Randy Albertsen and Debra Palmer were married April 26, 1975 at the American Lutheran Church in La Porte City.

Their family includes Ryan Albertsen and Melissa Bradfield of Buckingham, their children Lane, Brynn, and Brad; Bob and Lindsay Pipho of Dysart, their children Paige, Dane, and Drew; and Ryder Albertsen of Dysart.

Diana and Roger Duello are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with an Open House, hosted by their family, from 2-4 PM, Sunday, April 19th, at the Brandon Community Center, 802 Main Street, Brandon.
Diana Likens and Roger Duello were married April 24, 1965, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Vinton.
Their family includes Wendy and John Hoffman of Urbana, Brenda Duello and Kirk Haefner of Cedar Rapids, Melanie and Jim Barz of La Porte City, and Dan and Robin Duello of Marion. They are also blessed with seven granddaughters and one great-granddaughter: Amanda (Mark) Bockholt & Addyson, Ashley (Brian) DeSloover, Erica, Lauren and Jackie Barz, and Georgie and Lila Duello.

Shannon and Marilyn Davis will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.
Shannon Davis and Marilyn Bonorden were married February 18, 1955. Mr. Davis is retired from John Deere and Mrs. Davis is retired from La Porte City Schools.
They have six children: Ralette Davis-Card, Sheri and Jim Steffen, Penny Grigg, Scott and Rebecca Davis, Tony and Tara Davis and Jeff Davis and Heather Rose. They have 16 grandchildren and six great grandchildren, with two on the way.

John and Sue Schaefer of La Porte City will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.
John Schaefer and Sue Tooman were married January 16, 1965, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Waterloo.
John is retired from John Deere after 31 years. Sue is retired from providing daycare.
They have four children: Angie Webb of Norwalk, Julie (Chris) Schmitz of La Porte City, Brian of Rowley and Tracy (Mitch) Nissen of Des Moines.
They have nine grandchildren: Cody (Karah), Karissa, Corey, Dylan, Nicole, Jorday, Derek, Brendan and Jacob.

Wilson – 25

Wilson_webMark and Penny Wilson of La Porte City will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with a family dinner and trip.
Mark Wilson and Penny Dunkelberger were married on September 30, 1989, at the St. Paul United Methodist Church in La Porte City.
Mark is employed at Viking Pump and Penny works at Covenant Medical Center.
They have one son, Mitchell.
